1. Look and feel clean. Bathe at least once a day. (Remove dirt with a sponge and soap. Exfoliate skin with a brush or loofah. Pumice feet. Get out and pat yourself dry with a clean towel and lastly, moisturize.) Be soft and able to cuddle at all times. Change socks and underwear. Finish with a few sprays of fragrance water.
2. Fresh breath. Brush teeth, gums and tongue. Floss. Chew on parsley, mint leaves or neem sticks. Drink water (or mint tea!)
3. Manicure hands and feet. Clean dirt under nails. File and polish nails. Wash and moisturize hands through out the day.
4. Style hair. Trim hair with professional shears. Moisturize with natural oil (coconut, olive, avocado, jojoba) and shea butter. Protect from the elements (sun, rain, wind) and heat (blow dryer, flat iron, curlers), wear hats, scarfs and use an umbrella. Sleep on a silk pillow.
5. Clear skin. Steam open pores with hot water. Cleanse with grape seed and tea tree oil. Exfoliate with a loofa. Rinse with cold water, rub with ice. Pat dry. Moisturize with jojoba oil and emu oil.
